Bay View Funding acquires Rexford Funding LLC

Bay View Funding, an independent invoice factoring company, completed the acquisition of Rexford Funding's factoring business on November 13, 2009. Joining the company are William Elliott, Haze Walker and John Basich. Elliott will serve as Senior Vice President Division Sales Manager. Walker and Basich will serve as Vice President Regional Sales Managers.
