Vince Narez is the President of Bay View Funding. He previously served as the President of the factoring division of Bay View Commercial Finance Group, from December 1997 through June 2002. Prior thereto he served as Senior Vice President responsible for underwriting and management of the Company's factoring group from January 1995 through November 1997. Mr. Narez has spent over 30 years in the financial services industry. Mr. Narez began his financial career with Crocker Bank from 1974 until 1980. Thereafter he served in a variety of management positions for 15 years with Riviera Finance, a nationwide small business factoring firm, before joining the Company. Mr. Narez is a graduate of San Jose State University.

Glen Shu is Bay View Funding’s Chief Operating Officer. His primary responsibilities include the daily management and oversight of the portfolio, underwriting, and credit administration departments. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Senior Underwriter for the factoring division of Bay View Commercial Finance Group, from February 1998 to June 2002. Mr. Shu possesses over 18 years experience in the financial services industry, holding various positions in marketing, underwriting, and account management. Mr. Shu formerly held such positions at San Francisco Federal, Concord Growth Corporation, and KBK Financial. He received his B.S. in Finance from San Jose State University.

Seth Herman rejoined the Bay View Funding team during October 2004 and is currently Senior Vice President of Sales, National Sales Manager, marketing and sourcing new business for the Los Angeles, California office and managing the Bay View Funding sales team. He brings over 20 years of factoring experience including but not limited to credit analysis, portfolio management, underwriting and business development. Prior to joining the company he served with Summit Financial for over five years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Western Regional Sales Manager. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales for Bay View Funding, Vice President for NationsBanc Commercial Corp. (merged with Bank of America) and an Assistant Vice President with Heller Financial, Inc. Mr. Herman graduated with an M.B.A. from The Pepperdine University and received his B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University. Mr. Herman is an active member of The Commercial Finance Association, The Textile Professional Club, as well as attending other industry groups.

Aaron Zahedani is Vice President and Portfolio Manager. He joined the company in 2001 and has also served as an Assistant Vice President and Account Executive since April 2002. Prior to joining the company he served in various capacities with Neiman Marcus and the State of California. Mr. Zahedani graduated from the University of California, Davis, where he received dual B.A.s in Economics and History.

Andrew Aquino rejoined Bay View Funding in October 2005 and is currently Senior Vice President. He brings over 12 years of experience in the financial services industry holding various positions involving credit analysis, portfolio management, underwriting and marketing. Prior to rejoining the company he worked with Bank of the West and Sanwa Bank of California as a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. Prior to that, he was Vice President Portfolio Manager for the factoring division of Bay View Commercial Finance Group. Mr. Aquino graduated with a B.A. in Economics/Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Bob McCarthy joined Bay View Funding in March 2006 as Vice President and Underwriter. He brings 9 years experience in the factoring industry where he was responsible at various times for credit analysis and underwriting as well as developing new business and marketing strategies. He has held positions such as Senior Vice President / Operations with Alliance Financial and Vice President / Sales and Marketing with LSQ Funding Group. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association.
