Vince Mancuso brings over 30 years of expertise in commercial finance, serving stakeholders and service partners with deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, Vince has held key roles in sales, credit, portfolio management, and executive leadership, including serving as a strategic officer for a mid-sized private debt fund and as President and CEO of a leading North American commercial finance company. As Executive Vice President & Sales Director at Bay View Funding, Vince leads the business development team, driving portfolio growth initiatives and national market expansion. A recognized industry expert, he has authored more than 20 specialized training curriculums and holds prestigious designations, including the Certified Account Executive in Factoring (CAEF) from the International Factoring Association and the Secured Finance Certified Professional (SFCP) from the Secured Finance Network.

Seth Herman rejoined the Bay View Funding team during October 2004 and is currently Executive Vice President, National Sales Manager, marketing and sourcing new business for the Los Angeles, California office and managing the Bay View Funding sales team. He brings over 30 years of factoring experience including but not limited to credit analysis, portfolio management, underwriting and business development. Prior to joining the company he served with another factor for over five years, most recently as Senior Vice President and Western Regional Sales Manager. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Sales for Bay View Funding, Vice President for NationsBanc Commercial Corp. (merged with Bank of America) and an Assistant Vice President with Heller Financial, Inc. Mr. Herman graduated with an M.B.A. from The Pepperdine University and received his B.S. in Finance from The Ohio State University. Mr. Herman is an active member of The Commercial Finance Association, The Textile Professional Club, as well as attending other industry groups.

Ryan Altick joins Bay View Funding with over a decade of expertise in sales and financial services. Prior to joining Bay View Funding Ryan served as a national business development manager, assisting business owners with their cash flow and commercial financing needs. Ryan will be focusing on California and the Southwest. He attended Pitzer College where he earned  a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management.

Mike Hansen is Bay View Funding’s National Sales Business Development Officer. Prior to moving over to BVF, in 2014, Mike started and ran Heritage Bank of Commerce’s Corporate Finance Group for over ten years. Before coming to Heritage Bank, Mr. Hansen was Executive Vice President & founder of Avid Banks technology lending practice from 2008 to 2014.  Prior to that, Mr. Hansen was a senior executive with Greater Bay Bank from 1994 to 2008, where he headed up their nationwide business development efforts for their asset based lending and factoring group. Mr. Hansen began his banking career in 1989 at Silicon Valley Bank and is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he holds a Bachelor’s degree in business.

Nicholas Zortea joins Bay View Funding with over 10 years of sales and financial services experience working with small and middle-market businesses. He is responsible for developing and managing referral partnerships, building client relationships, and driving business growth. Prior to joining Bay View Funding, Nicholas led the commercial partnerships division of a national financial services platform and served as the channel partnership manager for a national banking platform company that offers financial services for small and medium-sized businesses around the country. Nicholas will focus on expanding Bay View Funding’s nationwide presence and delivering tailored factoring solutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
