Vince Mancuso brings over 30 years of expertise in commercial finance, serving stakeholders and service partners with deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership. Throughout his career, Vince has held key roles in sales, credit, portfolio management, and executive leadership, including serving as a strategic officer for a mid-sized private debt fund and as President and CEO of a leading North American commercial finance company. As Executive Vice President & Sales Director at Bay View Funding, Vince leads the business development team, driving portfolio growth initiatives and national market expansion. A recognized industry expert, he has authored more than 20 specialized training curriculums and holds prestigious designations, including the Certified Account Executive in Factoring (CAEF) from the International Factoring Association and the Secured Finance Certified Professional (SFCP) from the Secured Finance Network.

Ryan Altick joins Bay View Funding with over a decade of expertise in sales and financial services. Prior to joining Bay View Funding Ryan served as a national business development manager, assisting business owners with their cash flow and commercial financing needs. Ryan will be focusing on California and the Southwest. He attended Pitzer College where he earned  a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management.

Mike Hansen is Bay View Funding’s National Sales Business Development Officer. Prior to moving over to BVF, in 2014, Mike started and ran Heritage Bank of Commerce’s Corporate Finance Group for over ten years. Before coming to Heritage Bank, Mr. Hansen was Executive Vice President & founder of Avid Banks technology lending practice from 2008 to 2014.  Prior to that, Mr. Hansen was a senior executive with Greater Bay Bank from 1994 to 2008, where he headed up their nationwide business development efforts for their asset based lending and factoring group. Mr. Hansen began his banking career in 1989 at Silicon Valley Bank and is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University where he holds a Bachelor’s degree in business.
