The directors, management, and staff of Bay View Funding are concerned about and respect the privacy of our customers'/consumers' non-public personal information. Our home page will also have a statement notifying readers that our online privacy notice has changed and the effective dates of the changes. Also the effective date stated at the top of this policy will be revised in conjunction with any material updates performed. 

Termination of a Line of Business

Bay View Funding may make a decision to sell a particular line of business. Usually, an integral part of that business is its customer database. Bay View Funding reserves the right, in circumstances such as these, to transfer ownership of such customer database to the purchaser.

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly solicit data from, and do not knowingly market to, persons under the age of 18.
